The winter french terry is slightly thicker and warmer than the summer version. The back side is brushed, similar to fleece, and will keep you warm in cooler weather; the reverse side is smooth. This 300g/m2 fabric is not stretchy, so keep that in mind when deciding on a cut. This french terry fabric is easy to work with; it can also be sewn with a standard straight stitch and a Jersey or Super Stretch needle. We recommend combining this heavyweight sweatshirt fabric with ribbed cuffing. It is suitable for sweatshirts, jogging suits, children's clothing, hats, scarves, and spring or autumn coats.
