You can find bamboo fabrics in our shop including plain and patterned bamboo jersey, french terry, diaper muslin, canvas, and double gauze.

These popular fabrics are made from bamboo fibre, which is obtained from the pith of bamboo grass. It is a lightweight, breathable, durable, and strong material. It also has excellent absorbency (up to 60% better than cotton) and odour-absorbing properties. Bamboo plants grow rapidly, and they do not require the use of pesticides during cultivation, making bamboo fabric naturally hypoallergenic and antibacterial. Moreover, the fabric is exceptionally soft and pleasant to the touch, some even compare it to luxurious silk. It provides a cooling effect in summer and reliable warmth in winter. Additionally, it maintains its shape and colour even after repeated washing.

Bamboo Jersey - an ultra-fine, flowy fabric used for making t-shirts, dresses, leggings, underwear, and pyjamas.

Bamboo French Terry - you can use it for the same purpose as cotton sweatshirt fabric, but it is much softer and more drapey.

On the other hand, bathe mboo canvas is a sturdy fabric with excellent properties, making it ideal for blankets, cushions, children's nests, and cot bumpers. Bamboo muslin fabric for nappies is an incredibly soft fabric with a tetra weave, perfect for baby nappies.
