Cuffing Fabric - Silver

Coloured cotton cuff fabric, available by the metre, in both smooth version (fine rib - suitable for sewing maternity belts) and ribbed version (which pairs well with thicker fabrics). Popular colours include mint, lilac, dusty pink, petrol, brown, black, and more. Additionally, we offer ready-made cuffs with stripes, which are double-layered and have a total length of 140 cm, sufficient for making, for example, a hoodie with two sleeves and a waistband.

This elastic fabric is used for finishing sleeves, collars, bottom edges of sweaters, waistbands for sweatpants, skirts, and more. The smooth cuff fabric is used for finishing jersey fabrics, while the ribbed cuff fabric is used for finishing french terry and heavier elastic fabrics. Typically, it is knitted in a tube shape, and we offer generous widths. For example, if the ribbing has dimensions of 80x2, it means there are actually two layers, giving you a total width of 160 cm when one side is cut open.

We also have unique functional polyester cuff fabric with various designs, printed in our workshop, including a jeans pattern, which can be combined with jersey and french terry fabrics featuring the same pattern. These are made from polyester and are perfect for combining with fabrics intended for sportswear. If you decide to wash the rib knit after purchase, it needs to be sewn with an overlock or zig-zag stitch, otherwise, the fabric will lose its value, and it will not be possible to claim a warranty for this reason.
